Training
Initial training usually lasts from 1-2 weeks and is held at our corporate headquarters in Los Angeles. A specialized trainer will be assigned to teach
your "designated" technician the ins and outs of supporting an Asterisk IP-PBX. The initial training is an intensive hands-on work shop designed to
help you support your Asterisk customers under the most demanding environments.
On-Going Support
As an Asterisk Agent franchiser you will have direct access to our highly trained Engineers who have extensive "real-world" Asterisk experience. You
will also have direct access to our Network Design staff should you have any issues with your "QOS" or network topology.
Supply Chain
Asterisk Agent has developed close relationships with hardware (Cisco, Digium, Polycom, AASTRA, Grandstream, etc..) suppliers. As an Asterisk Agent
franchiser you will have direct access to our suppliers and be eligible for the same discount pricing.
R&D
Asterisk Agent's R&D department is continuously on the look-out for "new" technology that will enable our franchisers to retain their competitive edge
as well as offer new services to their customer base.
Live Support
As an Asterisk Agent franchiser you will be able to direct your customers to our "Live" support desk for their Asterisk support issues, enabling you to
concentrate on sales rather then support. Our "Live" support desk is monitored 24-hours a day seven days a week.
Help Desk
Asterisk Agent has implemented an on-line "Trouble-Ticket" system for it's franchise customers. Now your Asterisk customers can open their own
trouble-tickets on-line. Our support staff will be notified immediately of the situation. Your customers will be able to monitor their trouble-tickets
on-line or via email giving them peace of mind, knowing their support issues are being addressed.
Application/Programming Support
As an Asterisk Agent franchiser you will have "direct" access to our "Application/Programming" division. Our programmers have extensive real-world
experience with a wide variety of applications that enhance the Asterisk IP-PBX platform (SugarCRM, Vicidial, Astbill, Asterfax, Queuemetrics and
more..). Now you can offer your customers "customized" programming options to fit their specific needs as well as generate "additional" revenue for
your company.
Remote Support
As an Asterisk Agent franchiser you will be able to offer your customers remote support. Now regardless of your customers location we can support their
Asterisk IP-PBX (Internet Access Required). This option will enable you to expand your customer base to include all six continents and you will no
longer be limited to one general geographical area. The world is yours.
